(Studio) Department of Health, Education and Welfare Secretary Caspar Weinberger says if doctor and hospital fees not lowered, public may demand government take active role in health care system. Cost of med. care incrd. 50% faster since Apr. than 12% inflation rate. Doctors fees are up 19% yearly Hospital rates up 18%.
