(Studio) FBI says data from 35 colleges show decline in campus crime.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd
(Berkeley, California) In 1973, at University California, 6 rapes, 2 murders and 12 robberies. 82 officers on campus, incling. bomb squads. [Campus police chief William BEALL - says major crime is theft. 1 of 10 arrests have something to do with offense on campus. Other 9 don't.] Bomb threats occur during exams.
