(DC) Agriculture Committee chairperson W.R. Poage gracious in defeat. [POAGE - says he can't explain vote but accepts decision.] Representative Tom Foley to replace Poage. Armed Services Committee chairperson Edward Hebert also removed. [HEBERT - refuses to accept House caucus vote.] Representative Melvin Price likely to replace Hebert. Caucus gives Banking Committee chairperson Wright Patman and Admin. Committee chairperson Wayne Hays 2nd chance as chairwoman
