(Studio) Defiant soldiers heed moderate government orders to take over leftist radio and television stations Communist trade unions to protest against Premier Jose Pinheiro de Azevedo in Lisbon. 10,000 showed support for him last night.

(Lisbon, Portugal) Non-Communists march to Premier's residence. Socialist leader Mario Soares says country in state of anarchy. Ldrs. tell crowd order must be restored. Some of militants who occupied radio network confront moderates. Brawl ensues. M.P.s restore order. Govt. orders soldiers out of radio and television stations but orders new censorship program on pol. broadcasts.
