(Studio) Admin. decides to place diesel fuel on priority list of fuels. Several states don't like idea of fuel allocation. Oklahoma Governor David Hall opposes allocation.

Many states could produce oil but now won't. Oklahoma not ready to turn over full control of natural resources to federal government] Not every citizen agrees with governor Citizens' reactions to Governor Hall's proposal outlined.
