(Elkins, West Virginia) Ford to serve as parade grand marshal. [Festival queen Lynette EVANS - says people worried about Ford's safety, but mainly concentrating on festival fun.] Local and state police and West Virginia department of natural resources officers to be on hand. Security precautions described. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Richard Nixon attended parade.
