(Kansas City, Missouri) Nearly 200 fires here since strike began on Friday City fathers accuse firemen's union of arson. [Mayor Charles WHEELER JR. - says men laid off will have each of their cases examd. after men back at work.] Union demands equal pay to police. [Attorney firefighters union Charles SHAFER - says mayor refusing to negotiate; too busy running for ntl. Vice President] Association of Missouri insurance companies says no new policies to be issued without home office approval. Rates skyrocketing.
