(Utica, New York) Independent mayor, elected 2 years ago, describes city as stinking, rotten place to live. His term expires in November; he's controversial. He remodeled city hall; now called Terrace Park. [HANNA - defies someone to find anyone against Terrace Park project.] Mayor's opponents says he's egomaniac and behavior often irrational. Mayor shown arguing in public with Cnclman. Walter Davis, his arch enemy.
