(Chicago, Illinois) In 1969, Weatherman faction of Students for a Democratic Society held "Days of Rage" to protest trial of Chicago Seven. 290 arrested in violence that occurred; others hurt. Grand jury says Chicago police department could have legally stopped demonstration, but let it proceed. Recommended that ex-supt. James Conlisk be held in contempt for refusing to cooperate with investigation.
