(DC) White House aides say Ford didn't watch Reagan news conference on TV. Ford wouldn't comment on Reagan at Pentagon where he swore in new Defense Secretary [Vice President Nelson ROCKEFELLER - says Ford is my candidate; answers "no" when asked if he thinks Reagan has chance.] [Senator Charles PERCY - says party can't afford to nominate Reagan.] White House aide says you don't need 11th commandment if other 10 followed.

(Studio) Federal Communications Commission says any time any Reagan movies or television shows shown, other candidates entitled to equal time.
