French President Valery Giscard d'Estaing; Walter Scheel of West Germany; Duke of Edinburgh and Vice President Nelson Rockefeller and wife there. Demonstrators at prison protest Carlos' pardon. They say most of political prisoners will-main behind bars. Police confiscate CBS film. Govt. information minister says it was seizing Spain's leading political magazine for article speculating on Carlos' liberal plans.
