(Studio) United States considers retaliation against Arab states because of oil embargo.

(DC) [Secretary of State Henry KISSINGER - insists United States economy or foreign policy won't be swayed by Arab embargo. If pressures continue unreasonably, US would consider measures against Arab states with enormous reluctance.] No details of possible retaliation outlined. Saudi Arabia's King Faisal could purchase any items cut by United States from other nations.
