(Key Biscayne, Florida) Ever since guards removed from estate, tourists flood street. Rebozo wants Bay Lane closed to public and estate turned into monument for former. President [REBOZO - discusses possible uses of estate, incling center for furtherance of world peace and meeting place for political science students.] [Nixon neighbor William DEE JR. - discusses present problem with tourists; neighbors don't favor making monument out of Nixon estate.]
