(DC) Prison terms for H. R. Haldeman, John Ehrlichman, John Mitchell, Robert Mardian about as expected. Govt. still semiparalyzed in face of serious domestic crises; Nixon trial on top of all this too much. This reporter doesn't think there should be equal justice because each case individual. Out of Watergate, national security opened up and congress and presidential powers somewhat better defined. United States strong and secure enough to pick up pieces following Watergate and build better structure.
