(Studio) Situation becoming more precarious in Cambodia. Fighting intense all around Phnom Penh; 2 more strategic positions fall to insurgents; all impt. water and land supply routes controlled by insurgents. Govt. controls only Neak Luong of all Mekong River towns. Communists take Prek Luong today; city would be good position to begin attack on Phnom Penh. Communists also seize Tuol Leap, 5 mi from Phnom Penh airport; airport is city's only link with outside world. Phnom Baset very strategic to Phnom Penh's defense; fighting rptdly. very heavy around this town. 8 member US congress delegation to arrive in Cambodia for 1st hand assessment tomorrow.
