(Studio) Largest foreign oil supplier to US, Venezuela, increases oil export prices substantially. Energy crisis may be worse than government admits.

E., Europe, and Canada. 6th fleet in Mediterranean and 7th fleet in Singapore suffer oil supply cuts. Gasoline rationing almost inevitable.
