(Studio) In NYC, thousands of doctors strike 1/3 of city's hospitals.

(NYC) 1st major strike ever to take place by doctors Issue is hrs., not money. [Dr. Jonathan BERMAN - says he works from 90 to 130 hrs. per week Believes such long hrs. unfair to doctors and patients.] Striking doctors want work week limited to 80 hrs. [Mt. Sinai Hospital director Dr. South David POMRINSE - says long hrs. go hand in hand with being physician.]
