(Studio) Senator conts. work on $29 billion tax bill, but no final vote expected till Friday House passes emergency farm bill. Farmers themselves plan to raise prices.

(Wellington, Kansas) [Farmer, Wilmer CHAMBERLAIN - believes farmers can take initiative and put government out of farmers' business.] Farmers making plans to cut back this year's grain production in effort to drive up prices. [Wayne BARNETT - says farmers can control prices only by reducing production.] Farmers feel angry and helpless.
