(Studio) Insurgents continue heavy shelling of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and its airport. Britain planning to close embassy because of incrd. fighting in Cambodia.

(Highway 5, Cambodia) Because of corruption of government and cmdrs., soldiers' situation not very good. Antibiotics, clothes, food all in short supply. American official says much of medical supplies given to Lon Nol government by United States is sold to Communists or sold on black market 500 soldiers from Cambodia's 7th div. not paid since January; corruption that siphons their money also drains will to fight.
