(Studio) Only 4 days left in President Ford's clemency plan for draft evaders and resisters. Head of clemency board Charles Goodell would like extension of program but doesn't expect President to order 1. Follow-up report on draft deserter Jim Dobbyns upcoming.

(NYC) After 6 1/2 years in Canada, draft deserter Dobbyns left Canada and returned to US, willing to do alternative service. Dobbyns' attempts to find meaningful alternative service in San Diego shot down; finally Dobbyns admits it was mistake to return to US; goes back to Canada.
