(Studio) 4 of 7 congress mbrs., just back from Cambodia, believe Lon Nol should be encouraged to resign so fighting could end. Representative Don. Fraser says it seems certain war lost; Representative Paul McCloskey believes surrender should be next step for Cambodia. In Cambodia, insurgents continue shelling airport but United States airlift of rice& ammunition resumed. All commercial flights suspended.

(Phnom Penh, Cambodia) 1 of last commercial planes at Phnom Penh airport remains on ground only mins. This airport is Phnom Penh's last connection to outside world.
