(Studio) Major North Vietnam troop build-up noted to eastern and west of Saigon; experts say major Communist attack could come within 10 days. Communists rocket Bien Hoa airbase and continue attack on Tan An, Tay Ninh, and Xuan Loc.

(Saigon, South Vietnam) Xuan Loc in ruins; waits for next Communist attack. Many people feel if Xuan Loc falls, the war is over. Morale of South Vietnam troops high.
