(Studio) 1st great exodus from Vietnam came in 1954 with defeat of French.

(Noyon, France) 21 years ago, Vietnam refugees came here. Vietnam suffer almost no racial discrimination here; religious beliefs discussed. These Vietnam were French citizens and French civil servants before they left Indochina in 1954; consider themselves French, not Vietnam. Vietnam now settling in United States in 1975 may not find adjustment so easy.
