(Studio) 1st planeload of adult Vietnam refugees arrives in US.

(Camp Pendleton, California) These refugees to be temporarily hsed. at Camp Pendleton till processing complete. Many of 1st arrivals have American relatives or sponsors. [American EVACUEE - thinks quarantine of South Vietnam refugees on United States military bases wrong.]

(Niceville, Florida) As many as 20,000 refugees to arrive at Eglin Air Force Base by Thursday for temporary hsing. Prospect of 20,000 persons at Eglin confuses Niceville community. [RESIDENTS - react to refugees.]
