(Studio) In John Connally's bribery trial, chief accuser Jake Jacobsen cross-examined by defense attorney Edward Bennett Williams.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(DC) Cross-exam. of Jacobsen recounted. Jacobsen admits milk producers gave him $15,000; Connally accused of taking only $10,000; Williams implies Jacobsen pocketed $5000. Early in day, Jacobsen denies offering to turn state's evidence against Lyndon Johnson during earlier round of plea bargaining some years back.
