(Studio) Govt. already orders mandatory allocation of heating oil and propane gas to assure fair distribution of supplies.

(White City, OR) Energy crisis hits plywood mfrs. in south Oregon.- Plants can't get enough energy to run plants. Plywood companies use natural gas and propane to run factories, but short supplies already exist [Plant manager Doug GORDENIER - says workers will be laid off; possibly plant will close completely.] [Dennis SLOAN - supplements income with part-time job and his wife forced to work also.]
