(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Rizzo mayor since 1971; Rizzo's political philosophies and achievements while mayor outlined. State Senator Lou Hill is Rizzo's primary opponent. [HILL - says Rizzo is chicken because he refuses to publicly debate issue.] Many citizens believe Rizzo's real opponent Peter Camiel. [Democrat CAMIEL - says election is fight to save Philadelphia from tyrant.] Rizzo rarely mentions Hill. [RIZZO - says he's taking on Democrat political machines in this election.]
