(Madrid, Spain) Most Spaniards have nothing against Mr. Ford, but many wish he wouldn't come; various reasons given, incling. growing dislike for dictatorship and its head General Franco. Mr. Ford likely to try and renew agreement between United States and Spain for American bases in Spain. Most vital base at Rota, Spain; base described in detail. United States also has airport facilities in Spain; largest at Torrejon; description given. Most Spaniards don't like all these Americans and American weapons in their country United States trying to get Spain in NATO, but tough opposition exists.
