(Studio) This reporter believes Nixon's tax statements should be taken in context of time; Americans should be careful about judgement. At no other time has president come under such scrutiny. Even after Nixon leaves, Watergate stigma to remain; Americans must be careful that dark pall doesn't hang over presidency needlessly.
