(Studio) Some allegedly corrupt members of Thieu regime among refugees admitted to United States and Canada.

(DC) Some Vietnam immigrants have been in Canada since 1960s; some rptdly. involved in large scale corruption sponsor entry into Canada of other Vietnam once connected with Thieu regime. Lieutenant General Dang Van Quang discovered in Montreal; has reputation for corruption and drug trafficking. Embarrassed Canadians encouraging Quang to leave Canada; United States entry ports alerted not to permit reentry of Quang into US.
