(Capitol Hill) Acting Attorney General Robert Bork insists President won't interfere in special Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski's probe. Senator Edward Kennedy, Senator Phillip Hart request further assurances from Nixon. [Senator HART - hopes some clarification of Jaworski's independence will be made available.] [BORK - insists President doesn't expect an occasion to arise, calling for interference with Jaworski. Possible disagreement over national security matters would be worked out in courts] Senator Hugh Scott to request further assurances from President
