(Studio) Mil. government of Portugal ignores political desires of Socialist and Popular Democrat ptys., which won 2/3 national vote.

(Lisbon, Portugal) Socialist party quit government because military leaders not allowing multi-party system to work. Communists have taken upper hand among troops. Socialists demonstrate; crowd yells at soldiers. Leader Mario bares to keep pressure up. Popular Democrats will probably leave government too. Socialists want to force showdown between government moderates and extremists.
