(Studio) Reporter notes work of House Judiciary Committee with regard to impeachment and Richard Nixon. Committee did what United States founders told them to do; was done sensibly. Good Nixon didn't yield to pressures of press and pols., but to const. process. Air of decadence is prevalent, but vitality below surface.
