[Chamber of Commerce president George HITCHBORN - admits gasoline stations remain open because Bishop is tourist town.] Questioned about forced closing by government [HITCHBORN - knows closing would be disastrous for community of Bishop and Los Angeles skiers.] [Skier John MOORE - feels no guilt buying gasoline on Suns. Reasons outlined.]
