(Studio) Polish immigrant, Marion Fisca, beaten by blacks in racial violence in Detroit, dies.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd

(Detroit, Michigan) Films show 1967 racial violence. 43 killed. This time, most blacks worked with police for calm. Ex-looters in 1967, Bob Martin and Bill McClellan, explain to youths how violence proved unproductive. More black police and black administration help situation. [McCLELLAN - says he is one of community.] [MARTIN - says violence is regressing.] Police credit street workers with restoring order.
