(Studio) Representative Joshua Eilberg talks of Vietnam refugees on Guam who want to go home.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd

(DC) 1800 refugees in Guam and United States want to return to Vietnam. [EILBERG - says Provisional Revolutionary Govt. (PRG) refuses to negotiate refugees' surrender. Perhaps they wish to embarrass US. Vietnam refugees who were drugged for flight from Thailand to Guam tell of violence used to drug them.] Eilberg suggests ofr. who ordered drugging, Colonel Harold Austin, might face criminal charges. He's been reassigned to US.
