(DC) Measure delivered. Senator Mike Mansfield to ask Ford to sign bill. [Chairperson House energy subcommittee John DINGELL - says no compromise.] [Fed. Energy Admin. Frank ZARB - says Ford won't sign bill.] Dingell and Senator Henry Jackson to point out dangers of decontrol in hearings.
