(Studio) Ralph Nader lawyer William Dobrovir allegedly played White House tape at DC cocktail party
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith

(DC) Judge William Jones requests Dobrovir's version of report Dobrovir admits making foolish mistake. Jones signs protective order to keep another tape from being used for entertainment. [DOBROVIR - says he's pleased with court's decision, although actions were wrong.] [White House cnsl. Melvin LAIRD - thinks President has every right to be upset over such use of confidential materials.] Nixon's lawyers, Republican Senators and Representatives, special Watergate prosecutor's office all condemn Dobrovir's action. Nader has no comment.
