(Studio) Defense attorney William Kunstler tries to join defense team of Joan Little.

(Raleigh, North Carolina) Judge Hamilton Hobgood denies motion to let Kunstler replace Morris Dees. Kunstler says quality of justice unimproved in North Carolina. Kunstler ordered jailed for 2 hrs. for contempt and banished from ctroom. [KUNSTLER - calls it miscarriage of justice that defendant can't have benefit of cnsl. she started with and Dees excluded for specious reason.] Defense to bring in attys. to monitor judge's actions.
