(Studio) Report on old Indian story.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite

(MT) Reporter visits site of Custer's last stand, at Little Big Horn River. He recounts story of General George A. Custer and 7th Calvary fighting Sioux Indians on June 25, 1876. Gravestones shown of Custer and others. Army returned that winter and broke Sioux and Cheyenne. They murdered more on Pine Ridge Reservation than Indians killed at Little Big Horn. Reporter says place sad and river weeps.
