[Wallace WORKER - is optimistic (in telephone conversation.)] Wallace campaign architect, Steve ST. AMAND - explains how Wallace won in caucuses.] In Montgomery, Alabama, news conference, Wallace speaks with David Dick. Question with regard to Jimmy Carter. [WALLACE - believes the people are dominant.] Wallace, Carter contest in Florida said more important than Mississippi caucuses.
