(Studio) Growing money pressures create problems for homeowners.

(Coram, New York) Case of Aaron and Marcia Werban cited. [WERBAN - says all areas of running house have increase at least 90-100% in 8 years they've owned it.] Reasons for rise in cost of owning and caring for home noted. Property tax increases in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and New York cited. [Mrs. WERBAN - says it causes pressure on family unit.] [WERBAN - says no middle-class person can buy house now and still give children what they should have.] [MAN - cites other reasons for rise in owning homes.]
