[CARTER - speaks at rally sponsored by International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.] Big crowds turned out by big labor said traditional for Democrats Failure of campaign coordination noted. Carter now turns to Democrat establishment for aid. Carter said dependent on voter turnout. Carter visits Terence Cardinal Cooke. Catholic vote noted. Cooke said bipartisan.
