United States pressuring Iran and Saudi Arabia to hold back on increase at OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries) meeting next month with suggestions of holding back United States military arms to 2 cntrys., though arms can be bought elsewhere. Effect of hike on United States economy noted.
