(Studio) Blind people's protest in New York City about way federal money for them is spent.

(NYC) 100 protesters represent militant National Federal of the Blind (NFB). Their targets are Air Force Base (American Federal for the Blind) and National Accreditation Council, which influences flow of federal funds to agencies for the blind. Central issue is power. [National Accred. Council representative, Gene APPLE - defends accreditation procedure. Says protest is power grab for NFB.]
