(Studio) Robert Randall going blind but he has arrested condition with illegal drug.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite

(DC) Randall smokes marijuana to save his eyesight. [RANDALL - says government bent rules to allow him access to marijuana in his special case.] Ironically last July, Randall tried in Washington, DC court for possession of marijuana; outcome still pending. [RANDALL - says if government refuses to supply drug, he'll have to break law or lose his sight.]
