(Oven Fork, Kentucky) [Victim's son, Harvey STURGILL - believes mine officials make carnival out of recovery of bodies.] Mine sealed last Mar. following 2nd explosion at Scotia mine. Federal investigators to probe mine. Lack of safety believed by many to be reason for explosions.
