(Plains, Georgia) Report on economy in Plains, Georgia. Real estate value hikes noted. Case of resident John McElroy noted; McElroy says it's more than just high prices that is reason for his selling out. [McELROY - says town too crowded now.] Case of Floyd Webb noted; for him, selling was question of what grandfather told him. [WEBB - says grandfather said 1 never went broke taking profit.] Real estate agent James Dalton of Americus, Georgia, put together deals. [DALTON - says right now it's good to be in real estate.]
