(Studio) Court-martial of black United States Marine at Camp Pendleton, California, ends today; is 1st of several such cases connected with racial incident at camp.

(Camp Pendleton, California) Incident involving attack of black Marines on whites they believed to be Ku Klux Klan members noted. KKK, ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) and 2 Congmen. have gotten involved in case and several real Ku Klux Klan members have been transferred from base. Corporal E.F. Henry is 1st of blacks to go before court-martial. Proceedings before military judge, noted.
