(Studio) Trans. Secretary William Coleman announced the setup of a task force to review marine safety regulations because of oil spills. Coleman saw oil spill today of "Argo Merchant". Coast Guard sank rest of tanker to keep bow of ship from causing other vessels to wreck.

(Boston, Massachusetts) "Bittersweet" shot holes in "Argo Merchant" bow for bow to sink. Coleman believes grounding not deliberate. Owners of "Argo Merchant" named. One is also president of Amership, "Argo Merchant's" NYC agent.
